While Alchemy’s workouts can be challenging, we understand that everyone has to start somewhere. Carly is diligent in ensuring that modifications are provided throughout her workouts so you can find a progression that works for you. Through time with consistency you will notice yourself getting stronger and feeling better. Alchemy App offers a variety of workouts so there is something for everyone.

Yes. Carly is pre and postnatal trained, so she can offer live class modifications for you. Please email hello@alchemyapp.co.uk before you join live classes and let us know which trimester you're in. If you use on-demand classes that are not marked pre/postnatal, you will need to adapt them yourself. We do not recommend starting a new exercise routine during pregnancy. Please check with your doctor first.
