There are a range of non-equipment work outs on the app, however if you want to get stuck in with all the gear, the total equipment list is as follows:

- Light hand weights (1.5kg is fine)

- Small pilates ball

- Two yoga blocks

- Magic pilates circle

- Mat

While Alchemy’s workouts can be challenging, we understand that everyone has to start somewhere. Carly is diligent in ensuring that modifications are provided throughout her workouts so you can find a progression that works for you. Through time with consistency you will notice yourself getting stronger and feeling better. Alchemy App offers a variety of workouts so there is something for everyone.

Carly is pre/post natal trained yes so during live workouts Carly is able to add modifications for those during and after pregnancy. Just please notify us via email prior to signing up to lives to let us know what trimester you are in at hello@alchemyapp.co.uk or use the chat feature in the app. On demand workouts that are not labeled as 'pre/post natal' would need to be modified by oneself. We do not recommend starting a new form of exercise during pregnancy.
